Important note!We require customer to send us WhatsApp message with 1) Name, 2) Payment receipt and 3) Order number to confirm this order.
All orders placed and not paid within 1 week will not be processed and customer shall contact the shop owner about the matter being, otherwise any incomplete payments will result in blacklisting.
Any paid orders without confirming with shop owner about the order details will not be refunded.
Order confirmed and paid for will ship within 3 business days, unless otherwise noted in description of product. (During promotion period, it could take up to 5 business days for orders to arrive due to the high-volume orders)
Please ensure the information filled is accurate, orders will be shipped out to the default address and cannot be changed through the system after.
Any change of placed order (address or other information), will incur an administrative fee of $30.

Due to high volume, we can only process orders as they are received. We cannot combine shipping on orders to the same address. All orders placed through the website are subject to availability and acceptance.
We cannot cancel orders once they are placed and will only ship to the address provided at checkout. The shipping and billing address must match for security reasons. Delivery cannot be altered at any time.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Any claims must be made between the buyer and carrier. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
